Zesday — Community Content & Review Policy
Version: 2.0 · Effective date: 16 September 2026
This policy applies when customers, restaurant partners, delivery partners or other users post ratings, reviews, replies, photos, videos, profile information or other content on Zesday. Zesday is operated by Qubrix Technode Private Limited ("Zesday", "we", "us").
1. Honest and useful contributions
Content must describe a genuine, relevant experience. Reviews should focus on the food, packaging, delivery or service received. Do not post fabricated orders, coordinated ratings, duplicate content, copied material, undisclosed paid endorsements or content written to manipulate a listing.
Restaurants and their owners, employees, agencies and close associates must not review their own business or a competitor. Any material connection, free item, incentive or invitation connected to a contribution must be clearly disclosed. A restaurant must not make a discount, refund or service conditional on a positive rating or on removing an honest negative review.
2. Safety, respect and privacy
Do not post threats, harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, graphic violence, illegal material, impersonation, malware or instructions intended to cause harm. Criticism may be firm but must not become abusive or discriminatory.
Do not publish another person's phone number, home address, financial details, identity document, precise live location or other sensitive personal data. Order numbers and receipts should be redacted before upload. Report food-safety or criminal concerns through in-app Help so they can be investigated promptly.
3. Photos and video
Uploads must be your own or used with permission, relate to the restaurant or order, and show the experience fairly. Do not use stock imagery as a diner photo, misleading edits, watermarks advertising another service, screenshots containing personal data, or AI-generated imagery presented as a real delivered dish.
Restaurant catalogue media is also governed by the Restaurant Listing, Menu & Food-Safety Standards. Synthetic or materially edited media must be labelled where Zesday provides a label or disclosure field.
4. Restaurant replies
Restaurants may respond factually and courteously. Replies must not reveal customer or order information, pressure a reviewer, offer compensation for deletion, or threaten legal or commercial retaliation. A restaurant may flag content for review but cannot pay for its removal.
5. Reporting, moderation and appeals
You can report content that breaks this policy through in-app Help or by writing to support@zesday.com. Content complaints are acknowledged and resolved within the timelines in our Grievance Redressal Policy.
Zesday may use automated signals and trained reviewers to restrict, label, reduce the visibility of or remove content that appears to breach this policy, the law or another Zesday agreement. We may temporarily hold content while checking order history, originality, conflicts of interest, safety or fraud indicators.
Moderation is not a guarantee that every item is accurate. If your content was removed and you think that was a mistake, write to support@zesday.com identifying the content and explaining why. We may keep removed content and related records where reasonably required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling or safety.
6. Licence and ownership
You keep ownership of your content. By submitting it, you give Zesday a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to host, reproduce, format, translate, moderate and display it to operate, improve and promote the Platform, subject to privacy law and your Zesday terms.
7. Enforcement
Depending on severity and history, action may include a warning, label, removal, loss of the ability to post, account restriction or termination, and referral to the authorities. Fake rating services and coercive review practices may also lead to restrictions on a restaurant's listing or campaigns.
